These terms and conditions apply to the use of this web site. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions then you should refrain from using this web site. By placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.

1. Product description and availability

   Because all goods on this website are entirely hand-woven or hand-made, sizes and colours can vary slightly from batch to batch. You should be aware that, although Cambodian silk is very finely woven with over 2,700 threads per metre typically, hand-woven silk does have occasional irregularities. These are characteristic of all hand-woven fabric, contributing to its individuality.

   We endeavour to describe all items for sale to the best of our ability and provide at least one image of each, but we cannot predict the varying capabilities of the display equipment with which these images are viewed. Sizes given are approximate.

2. Pricing

   All prices shown are in GBP and exclude shipping. The goods on this site are not subject to VAT.

3. Countries that we ship to

   We ship within the UK, to the USA, and to the following Paypal approved EU countries only: Austria, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, The Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden.

4. Order acceptance

   The display of any item on our website is not an offer to sell and we are under no obligation to supply the products shown on this website. If you place an order, this will be your offer to purchase the items from us.

   We will do our best to supply the goods that you have ordered, but hand-made goods cannot be manufactured quickly and in large quantities; consequently we stock small numbers of each design. If the items that you order are out of stock or if the price is higher than that shown on your order, we will try to contact you at the email address you provided when you placed your order. We will not supply a substitute product without your express authority. Once an item is sold out it will be taken off the website or denoted as such at the earliest opportunity.

   We will notify you by email as soon as your order has been accepted, and once again after it has been despatched. Please note that you must supply us with a valid email address in your order.

5. Despatch

   Your order will be despatched within three working days (*) after we have been notified that payment has been cleared by PayPal, the online payment service which is used to handle your payments.

   * Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

6. Shipping and delivery

   Shipments to a UK address will be despatched using the Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day (*) service. You should ensure that someone is available to sign for the consignment.

   Shipments outside the UK (USA and the rest of the EU) will be by Airsure; a signature is required at the point of delivery. The estimated time by Royal Mail for delivery is five working days (*); however, this is not guaranteed.

   * Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

   You will be able to track your shipment on the Royal Mail site using the tracking number that we email to you with despatch confirmation.

   Delivery prices start at GBP7.00 and may be subject to increases in line with Royal Mail prices. Current delivery prices are:

7. Payment

   Payment is handled by PayPal , the online payment service, who accept all major credit cards and debit cards.

8. Returns and refunds

   If you decide that you do not wish to keep your purchase, you may return it for a refund within 14 days of despatch of the goods. If you plan to do this you should notify us first.

   Returned goods must be in their original, unused condition, with any labels still attached. Goods that appear to have been used are not eligible for refunds, and will be returned to you.

   Proof of posting is required. When the goods have been received by us, you will be refunded through PayPal with the amount you paid originally, less the postal or delivery costs. Unfortunately we cannot reimburse you for the costs of returning the goods.

9. Special Orders

   Special orders may be made by wholesalers, subject to a minimum order of 10 per design. You should be aware that special orders can take two months or more to complete. Please contact us for details.

10. Copyright

    You agree that the material and content contained within the website is available for your personal non-commercial use only.

11. Liability and indemnity

    Except in relation to our obligations to supply goods following acceptance of orders placed on our website, we will not be liable in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise for any loss or damage whatsoever in any way connected with your use of the website.

    You agree fully to indemnify, defend and hold us, and our officers, directors, employees, agents and suppliers, harmless immediately on demand, from and against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of any breach of the conditions by you or any other liabilities arising out of your use of this website.

12. Our rights

    We may occasionally withdraw access to the website for technical reasons.

    We do not guarantee the accuracy of the content on our website.

    We reserve the right to correct errors, amend or withdraw any part of our site at any time.

    We reserve the right to change the conditions from time to time, and your continued use of the website following such changes shall signify your acceptance of the changes. You should check regularly to determine whether the conditions have been changed.

13. Jurisdiction

    These terms and conditions and all matters connected with any order you place in our website are governed by English law.
